Jonge Honden is a enterprising, playful and socially involved company. I designed a recruitment game to reflect these values and help hire in a fun way. The game is integrated in the current hiring process.

Wijk-o-poly is a collaborative game in which a group of applicants build a neigborhood under time pressure. It includes different building blocks, but also limited space. By presenting challengers the game offers players the opportunity to show their skills and knowledge, while also giving a sneak peak into what working at Jonge Honden could be like.
Together with two co-workers I researched the current and potential recruitment process (desk and qualitative). We collaborated on the concept development, prototyping and testing of the game. As a designer I was responsible for the production and final design of the game.
