Jonge Honden is a enterprising, playful and socially involved company. Together with two colleagues, I designed a recruitment game to reflect these values and help hire new team players in a fun way. The game was developed in 2021 and still is a core element in the current hiring process (2025).

Wijk-o-poly is a collaborative game in which a group of applicants build a neigborhood under time pressure. It includes different building blocks, but also limited space. By presenting real world challenges the game offers players the opportunity to show their skills and knowledge, while also giving them a sneak peak into what working at Jonge Honden could be like.
Together with two co-workers I researched the current and potential recruitment process (desk and qualitative). We collaborated on the concept development, prototyping and testing of the game. Next to the teamwork on the research and development, I was personally responsible for the production and final design of the game.
